This Contract for the Legalization of Marijuana in Minnesota (the “Contract”) made entered into as the Effective Date between State Minnesota (the “State”) any all licensed marijuana cultivators, distributors, retailers (the “Licensees”).

Article I – Definitions
For purposes this Contract: “Marijuana” shall refer to all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa L., whether growing or not, the seeds, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant or its seeds. “Licensee” shall mean any individual or entity licensed by the State of Minnesota to engage in the cultivation, distribution, and/or retail sale of marijuana. “State” shall mean State Minnesota. “Effective Date” shall mean the date on which this Contract is signed by all parties.
